Michael
is originally from Syracuse, New York. He attended undergraduate and law school at the
University of Florida, where he graduated with honors in 1978. Michael began his practice
of law as an Assistant County Attorney in the Orlando area, and then worked in a general
practice emphasizing real estate and commercial law and litigation. Since 1984, Michael
has concentrated his practice in matters relating to condominium, homeowners and other
community associations, in addition to handling various matters involving contract and
property law and litigation. Michael has also been active in bar association activities,
and matters relating to Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has served as a member of local
and national committees of Community Associations Institute, in addition to having
lectured and published articles on a number of subjects. Michael's other interests include
golf and travel.

Ben is originally from Lakeland, Florida. He attended
undergraduate school at the University of Florida where he graduated with honors in 1980.
He then attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he received his
Juris Doctor degree in 1983. Ben has practiced law in Florida since 1984, concentrating
the majority of his professional career in transactional real estate matters and
related litigation, and community association law. Ben attained status as a Board
Certified Real Estate Lawyer in 1990, a professional designation which he continues to
maintain. Board certification is the highest level of recognition given by the Florida Bar
in areas for which certification is available, distinguishing Ben as a recognized
specialist in real estate matters. Ben has also been active in bar associations and civic
organizations, and often speaks to civic and professional groups on real estate and
community association topics. Ben's other interests include golf, hiking, and cycling.

Monique is originally from
Agawam, Massachusetts.
She attended
undergraduate school at Western New England College where she graduated with honors in 1999.
She then attended Stetson University College of Law, J.D. where she graduated
with honors in 2003. Monique started her professional career as a General
Litigation Law Clerk at The Stewart Law Group, P.L. from 2001 to 2003. She
then expanded her Commercial Litigation experience at Murray B. Silverstein,
P.A. from 2003 to April of 2006. Her focus now is on Community Association
Law and Litigation in her position at Brudny & Rabin, P.A. Monique's
impressive background includes her service in the United States Army as an
Ammunition Specialist from 1990 to 2000, as well as serving in the Army National
Guard Military Police division. She also graduated in the top 5% of her
class at the Stetson University College of Law. Monique has held several
key positions including: Head football coach for the junior varsity team
at Indian Rocks Christian School, Former President of the Alpha Lamda Delta
Honor Society, Former Squad Leader in the 42nd M.P. Company - U.S. Army, and the
former captain of a college varsity volleyball team. |
